Privacy Policy for Astra Personal Assistant

Astra is a private personal-assistant system operated by Koundinya Vinnakota for personal use.
Google Data Access
Astra may access Google account data only after explicit authorization from the account owner.
Current and planned uses may include:
- Reading Gmail messages for email triage and alerts
- Reading Google Calendar events for scheduling, reminders, and planning
How Data Is Used
Google account data is used only to provide personal-assistant features to the authorized account owner.
Data is not sold, rented, or used for advertising.
Data Sharing
Google account data is not intentionally shared with third parties except where technically necessary to provide the requested assistant functionality, such as processing authorized content through configured AI service providers.
Data Storage
Credentials and authorization tokens are stored on the owner's private server using protected credential storage. Raw email content is not intended to be retained as long-term memory by default.
Access Control
Astra is intended for private use by the account owner and is not offered as a public multi-user service.
Revoking Access
The account owner may revoke Astra's Google access at any time through their Google Account security and connected-app settings.
